CINKA Construction & Consulting Services LLC Announces Readiness for CMMC 2.0 Compliance 

 CINKA Construction & Consulting Services LLC is proud to announce its commitment to achieving full Level 1 compliance with the Department of Defense’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 standards by November 10, 2025.

This certification ensures that all contractors and subcontractors handling federal information meet rigorous cybersecurity requirements designed to safeguard national security interests.

As a trusted government contractor supporting federal agencies across multiple installations, CINKA recognizes that cybersecurity is mission-critical to maintaining contract eligibility and client confidence. Under CMMC 2.0, vendors must demonstrate compliance with specific cybersecurity practices aligned with NIST SP 800-171 standards. Companies that fail to meet these standards will be ineligible for new federal contract awards, task orders, or delivery orders.

• Level 1 – Foundational: Basic cyber hygiene and annual self-assessment
• Level 2 – Advanced: Alignment with NIST SP 800-171, requiring third-party certification
• Level 3 – Expert: Continuous compliance for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
   

CINKA’s compliance initiative includes internal audits, staff cybersecurity awareness training, policy updates, and implementation of secure IT infrastructure to meet and maintain certification requirements.

Cynthia Martin, CEO, has been recommended to serve on the Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE) Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning in January 2026.

As a U.S. Air Force veteran and accomplished business leader, Ms. Martin brings over 45 years of leadership experience in federal contracting, construction, and consulting. 

She is the founder of CINKA Construction & Consulting Services LLC and has been instrumental in advancing opportunities for women-owned businesses in the federal marketplace.

Her appointment to the WCOE Board reflects her continued commitment to empowering women in the construction industry, fostering collaboration, and advancing the mission of WCOE to advocate for women entrepreneurs.

CINKA CEO Engages with WCOE Leadership

Cynthia Martin, CEO of CINKA Construction & Consulting Services LLC, has recently become a proud member of the Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE) organization.

As part of her commitment to advancing women in construction and federal contracting, Ms. Martin attended the WCOE Leadership Summit, held from March 23 to 25, 2025, in Washington, D.C. The summit brought together women leaders nationwide to exchange insights, foster partnerships, and strengthen the role of women in the industry.

Looking ahead, the next WCOE Leadership Meeting will take place October 19–21, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri. This important gathering will focus on strategizing the future of the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside Program, ensuring it continues to create equitable opportunities and expand women’s impact in federal contracting.
