CINKA CEO Engages with WCOE Leadership

Cynthia Martin, CEO of CINKA Construction & Consulting Services LLC, has recently become a proud member of the Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE) organization.

As part of her commitment to advancing women in construction and federal contracting, Ms. Martin attended the WCOE Leadership Summit held March 23–25, 2025, in Washington, D.C. The summit brought together women leaders nationwide to exchange insights, foster partnerships, and strengthen the role of women in the industry.

Looking ahead, the next WCOE Leadership Meeting will take place October 19–21, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri. This important gathering will focus on strategizing the future of the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside Program, ensuring it continues to create equitable opportunities and expand women’s impact in federal contracting.
